Hospital General Docente de la Policia Nacional

El Hospital General Docente de la Policía Nacional, fue puesto en servicio el 2 de marzo del 2004 fecha, en que se celebra la fundación de la Policía Nacional, con el objetivo de ofrecer atención de salud a todos los miembros activos, pasivos de la Policía Nacional y sus familiares directos. El 14 de febrero del año 2001 y amparado en el decreto 241-01, se crean las nuevas estructuras e infraestructuras del Instituto de Seguridad Social de la Policía Nacional (ISSPOL), y dentro de este nuevo ordenamiento se emprende la construcción del denominado Hospital General Docente Policía Nacional, edificación concluida e inaugurada el dos (2) de Marzo del año 2004, regido por reglamento interno o intrínseco del Hospital en cuestión. El Hospital General Docente tiene como propósito Lograr la excelencia en los servicios de salud como organización apoyados en los principios básicos de la administración: a) Planificación b) Dirección c) Integración del Personal d) Organización e) Control f) Establecer un ambiente favorable al esfuerzo grupal g) eficaz.

MISION: “Proporcionar servicios especializados de salud con un enfoque humanístico y de primera calidad a los miembros de la Policía Nacional activos y pasivos y sus dependientes directos incluidos en nuestra ARS-SENASA, y a los beneficiarios de otra ARS con las que tengamos convenio” Formar recursos humanos de alto rendimiento en el área de la salud a través de programas de entrenamiento, capacitación y desarrollo profesional”.

VISION: Ser la prestadora de servicios de salud líder en el mercado en lo relativo a satisfacción del beneficiario y en tecnología de punta.
